Spruce Organizing Co Policies
ESTIMATE
We make every effort to be accurate, however we provide an estimate and not a guarantee of time or fees for a project.
Time to complete each project may vary by
- Number of (volume of) items in the area to be organized
- The number of organizers working on the project
- Time the client takes in making decisions about items to keep or discard
- Client participation in the process
- The current state of organization or clutter and the desired state of organization to be completed
- Known or undisclosed information about the contents, clutter or organization level, given by the client about a not-visible area (ex: closed boxes or containers) to be organized at the time the estimate is given
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES AND PROJECT COMPLETION
Spruce Organizing Co may deem a project complete when the organizer has completed their agreed upon portion of the project, although the client may not have completed their portion.
Client responsibilites, sometimes referred to as "client homework" during a project may include, but not be limited to, reviewing items or papers, deciding what to keep or remove, fixing items or furnishings, adding, purchasing, providing or installing organizing products or furnishings, and cleaning, including laundry.
PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
